About

Eshe is a Hamilton-based dancer, showgirl, and creative director with over 20 years of experience in performance, education, and community building. Her work lives at the intersection of artistry and empowerment – blending technical training with emotional depth, storytelling, and unapologetic self-expression.

She has collaborated with global brands like Adidas and Nike, led festivals and community initiatives, and built platforms that center creativity and connection. Whether on stage or in the studio, Eshe is known for creating spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Her teaching goes beyond steps – it’s about helping dancers develop confidence, presence, and a relationship to their body that feels powerful and self-defined. Rooted in love and respect, her work invites students and audiences alike to step into their full selves.

She’s performed in Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Spain, Denmark, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, America and her native, Canada. She’s judged competitions in Canada, Japan and Norway. She’s appeared in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. She’s been the co-host of a national radio program about health and wellness. She’s appeared on national TV in Japan and South Korea. She’s trained everyone from children to actresses preparing for film roles.

Steel City Slither is more than a dance program – it’s an artist development space rooted in self-expression, performance, and community. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, SCS offers classes, workshops, and performance opportunities for dancers of all levels who are ready to explore their creativity and build confidence in their bodies.

Blending influences and genres, Steel City Slither focuses on developing not just strong dancers, but fully realized artists. Classes combine technique, choreography, improvisation, and performance training in a supportive, inclusive environment.

They’ve performed at Aga Khan, Supercrawl, Pride, 905 Fest, River Run Centre, Theatre Aquarius and are the featured artist at Glitter, Hamilton’s longest running serial event.
